Southwestern Beef Shells & Cheese

What You Need:
1 medium onion
1 green bell pepper
1 pound lean ground beef
2 cans (8 ounce each) Ro*Tel Zesty Tomato & Green Chile Sauce
1 package Velveeta Shells & Cheese Original
MAKE IT:
Finely chop onion and bell pepper. Brown ground beef with onions and peppers.
Drain beef, add Ro*Tel, reduce heat to slow simmer.
Prepare Velveeta Shells & Cheese according to package directions. Add beef mixture and enjoy!
